Ok. So I believe either the driver for the mayflash controller thing is crashing, or dolphin is having issues with something.

SO! Erm. I have tried multiple times going

1. Update Device Drivers-> WUP-028 and uninstall and delete drivers
2. Then installing GOTOPC (from mayflash).
3. Going into zadig, and installing the winusb

And even followed this tutorial (from a different thread)

So here are some observations.
1. It works fine in sonic colors wii. It does crash and recover (usually it seems like it is triggered by pressing a button (for example once i pressed R and it made it stop working for a bit, however next time i pressed r it was fine))
2. On sonic colors after the remote starts working weird weird stuff happens in the game like, only being able to go in one direction, moving a small amount with no running animation, stuttery movement, slow movement.
3. On super mario sunshine game-cube it crashes and doesn't recover. Here it is hard to determine if it has a trigger however it allays crashes when i run towards the center of delfino plaza. Once i swam out backwards and it went fine, but crashed once i decided to use flud... coincidence?
4. When the game-cube remote stops working the game doesnt start lagging... possibly it is a bit more stuttery.
3. There is insane amounts of stuttering on both of them. My computer is a beast, and settings are at lowest.

Should I put in a bug report?

My computer is a 6 core i7, and has 16 gb of ram.

All connected usb devices are
Speakers (audio port)
Flash Drive
Dolphinbar
Mayflash game-cube
Ilok (licence key)
Keyboard
Piano keyboard
USB hub (nothing in)
Try those steps again but skip step 2 (the GOTOPC step).
Nope. It did still allow me to use the remote but it crashed.
Just a reminder my remote thingy is in wii U mode.

That looks fine.

Does anything appear under the Game Controllers dialog in Windows? (Press Win-R and type joy.cpl to make it appear). Nothing should appear there.

When you start up the latest development version of Dolphin (from the Download link at the top of this page) and select Options > Controller Settings, what appears under GameCube Adapter?

Everything looks fine there.

Would you please try the GameCube controller test downloadable from here: http://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2305

Dolphin 4.0-6140 or newer is needed for the test otherwise the controller test will crash. To start the test, unzip the GameCube version and use the File > Open menu to select the DOL file. You'll need Real XFB graphics setting enabled for the screen to appear.
I tested this. And the remote works in the test. With a few things.

1. With the wavebird when I press any button, analog values fluctuate.
2. With the wired one all the analog values are not exactly zero (l and r are 30)

Still sunshine and other games get frozen.

I pulled out the rumble usb and am using a wired gamecube remote... it now takes longer for things to stop working.
Should I fill out a bug report?
Just tried the game out disabling the game-cube remote (using a wii remote) and it worked out. Full settings no lag. However this isn't a permanent solution as the buttons aren't analog or in the right layout. It seems like something with the game cube remote is causing latency and performance issues.
