I can play monster hunter with these settings?

and which version of the dolphin would be best for me?

What am I doing wrong? the game is too slow, impossible to play, when I asked the last time I was told to replace the video card only, I changed, and continued the same.
That Pentium is eol. It was lower end when it was released in 2010, so you can't expect a whole lot from it. I would suggest getting a newer Pentium (G3258) or an i5 4690k. Alternatively, you can oc that processor manually I think, I'm not sure if it's locked. Also, 4gb is recommended RAM for dolphin so you could be getting a bottleneck there as well. Use the latest version but I doubt you will get reasonable speeds with that system
Don't bother. You're only wasting your time and effort with those kind of specs.
