I hear there is a way to use your Wiimotes and Nunchuks on your computer as well, and I believe this is through bluetooth? Is this reliable? What would be the best choice then?

Those are the 3 I've found so far. Is there not an official release or recommendation by the Dolphin team?
The dolphin bar is officially supported.
My Dolphinbar works nicely to connect my original nintendo wiimotes, wm+ and nunchucks. But as "sensor" bar it's not that good, i've had it only for a few weeks and one set of IRs is broken, so pointing on the screen isn't working as great as it did when the dolphinbar was new.

As far as i know, there are others with the same issue. But considering that with a dolphinbar, you don't have to mess with bluetooth, maybe i'd recommend a Dolphinbar + a cheap wireless sensor bar for the IRs(only when the IRs in the dolphinbar break of course). With the Dolphinbar, it's plug in, run update software, and then it just works in Dolphin, no driver crap. (at least in Windows it works that way)
