Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

When I try playing No More Heroes on 4.0-6068 x64, it shows me the "low battery" screen as soon as it gets to the "press A" prompt at game start. When I tried using a 4.0 x64 version I had lying around, the emulation worked, but the game worked very slowly (a problem which was not present in 4.0-6068). Both versions are using the same Wiimote configuration. What could be the issue and how could it be fixed?

I don't know exactly why it happens, but it's because of a recent change that allows the battery level to be adjusted. Going to the Wii Remote settings and fiddling a little with the battery value should fix it. For me, just setting it to 254 and then back to 255 worked.
