Hi all, i gladly started to use dolphin to play my wii and game cube games since the consoles dont work anymore.
I did the benchmark and got 13 minutes 05.
But i dont know how to configure well the dolphin, i want to play mario galaxy but its kinda slow some time with sound problems (music stop)
Do i have do setup the dolphin for each game?
Where i can find a thread the could help me?
Worth changing cpu and gpu?
sry for english, cheers

You generally don't need to set up Dolphin for each game. Dolphin will automatically apply compatibility settings for games that need it, so you can just have a general configuration that you use for all games without doing anything extra. You might however want to change graphics details (resolution, antialiasing) based on how fast your computer is able to run a game.
Your profile says that you're running Dolphin 4.0. If you're using 4.0 and not something like like 4.0-6027, I strongly recommend updating to the latest development version. It will improve your performance.
By the way, the image in your post doesn't seem to work.

i am going to try the most recent dophin then, mario galaxy always get the same frame rate ate the loby (30/35) at any resolution or setup.
edit: dolphin 4.0.6025 is even worst (direct 3d or open gl)

With latest dev you don't "need" lle audio either, music won't cut and crashes won't happen with hle, only a few volume issues and such, nothing gamebreaking though.
That processor is horrid for Dolphin, which is why you're getting slow speeds.
Make sure you don't have any Windows updates (recommended or optional) waiting to be installed.
Make sure Windows Power Options are set to High Performance.
"AMD"
"for Dolphin"
no
In all seriousness, though, I would definitely advise against AMD for Dolphin. Get the Pentium G3258 for about the same price and significantly better performance.

Indeed, i am disappointed with my FX on dolphin, but before making a purchase i am going to wait for windows 10 and directx 12, and then buy a new cpu .
I want to build a mini itx, but i want to see first how cpu's work on dx12 if they got better performance on it,especially the ones with more than 2 cores.
That why i did not bough the G3258 just for dolphin yet, i may get some i5 or i7 and give the FX to my brother that is stuck with phenom x3 720.
