My Wind Waker Seems to lock its framelimit to 60 fps but when i changed the framelimit to the full it goes to 60 fps any body know how to solve this
Btw i cant afford a graphics card so dont reply buy a better graphics card
I have no idea what you could possibly be trying to say.
The game normally runs at 30fps. Just leave the damn framelimit at Auto.
I wonder if this is how people talk in real life.

Back on topic...you should never alter the framerate unless it is recommended in the wiki or you know what you are doing. Somehow I do not think either of those is true
Buy a GameCube. Cheaper than a graphics card.
