Trying to play Xenoblade and into the prologue I keep getting "Cant read from DVD-plugin - DVD - interface: fatal error" and after clicking that a few times "invalid read from to 0x30310000, PC = 0x80169a40" and "invalid read from to 0x30310004, PC = 0x80169a40" keep popping up and alternating when i click on them.

Used Cleanrip 2.0 with double layer, max chunk size, and no new devices selected to download to a NTFS formatted 8GB USB. Tried looking around but couldn't find any useful info so hoping someone will be able to help.
Compute the MD5 sum on your computer. It should be F76E76B2656B92490DF354E7A757257B

Nope, it's giving me 1d6af680e1051e346dffb30fae7cedd1
Don't use NTFS with cleanrip, it's buggy.
Redump the game with a different program and/or a Wii

They were using a Wii, and CleanRip is the recommended program to use... Huh

But yes, redump the game, and like tueidj said, don't use NTFS.
Oh I read that wrong my b
Right so I used Fat and got 2 '4.1GB' iso's and I believe the correct md5 sum from the system. Now do I need to combine them or can Dolphin play them as is?
You will need to combine them, not sure how though. Can you not use a NTSC formatted drive?

Read the thread before replying. NTFS with cleanrip is buggy and produces bad dumps.

The simplest way to combine files is using the command prompt. "copy /b file1.iso+file2.iso output.iso".
