So, I have been trying to play some Gamecube games on Dolphin. I played Super Mario Sunshine and it played fantastically. But, now I tried playing Spyro: A Hero's Tail and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness and they both run slow. Pokémon is ok besides glitch sound, but spyro has lots of sound lag and some game lag. Cutscenes suck for both. Any ideas on what I can change or add to make it better? Or are these games just contrary?
Try updating to the latest development version.
Pokemon XD needs dual-core disabled due to syncing issues. Right-click on it and go to properties, and make sure the dual-core box is blank.

Besides that, the latest dev build will help because it is way faster and more accurate.
Also make sure Windows is fully up to date, and check the optional updates.
Google the DirectX Web update and run that to make sure DirectX is up to date.
Make sure Windows power management is set to high performance, and then search these forums for the AMD GPU performance guide
