Hello,
Whenever I try to connect to somebody using Netplay for Melee, it will try to connect for ~30 secs before saying "Disconnected". This is a constant problem for me, and I've only gotten a single game to work for me. I'm running 4.0-652.
Have you checked with Windows update to make sure you aren't missing anything important, even optional updates?
Update to the latest version, netplay builds are obsolete iirc

Yes I have, yet this problem still occurs anyways.
Have you updated Dolphin?

Most of the new updated builds only have downloads for x64, so I can't really update.
The forums don't support old versions. Upgrade your OS and use the latest dev build.

I'm upgraded to the latest Dolphin build now(4.0-5962). This problem is still occurring.
