Truth is overrated. In the above sentence you are selling yourself short, plus strangers over the internet that exchange a few words i don't think they exactly qualify as being friends. Which makes the whole selling yourself short part even worse. Telling others ugly truths about myself never helped me in anything in life as far as i can tell. On the contrary sometimes they were used against me usually at the worst possible moment by others. So yeah truth is overrated, silence is better at times.
