I'm currently running a:

Operating System: Windows 8.1
Processor/CPU: AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics 2.00 GHz
Video Card/GPU: AMD Radeon HD 8400
Memory/RAM: 4.00 GB
Dolphin Revision Currently Using:4.0

And I'm not sure which emulator will work best on my computer, with no audio lagging

Help would be appreciated,

Thank You!~
What do you mean by "which emulator"? Dolphin is the most stable and best developed Gamecube/Wii emulator in existence.

If Dolphin doesn't run well on your computer, no other one will.
I think the OP meant which version of Dolphin is best.

You should try some of the latest development builds from here -> https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ Download only the most recent and see how that works.

Alternatively, Tino's branch of Dolphin might work well for you (Dolphin Ishiiruka, see the Development Forum).

Having said all of that, your hardware is fairly weak, so don't expect miracles. Emulating a GC/Wii is not exactly cheap in terms of hardware resources.
