Just did, thanks again for the help.
That was pretty fast.
Now all that's left is to update to the latest development build:
https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
(
4.0-5921 as of this writing)
4.0-5710 is a bit old and full of issues.

It's still recommended to update to 4.0-5921 (this build fixes the broken hotkeys issue).

With those settings and 6xIR* everything looks almost perfect [at 1080p].
* 6xIR = 4K->1080p downsampled

Yep, I hadn't noticed before, but now I'm on 4.0-5921 and hotkeys are working fine.

One of the reasons why I would avoid DX11 in 4.0.2 or Direct3D in the later versions was that the anti-aliasing wasn't that good, even on the maximum pass and quality, yet there would be a huge performance hit. The 4 x SSAA in OpenGL/DX9 was a lot better. I had thought of down-sampling, but the maximum was 4xIR in the drop down menu, and it didn't really compare with the 4 x SSAA in OpenGL. Also I am new to AMD and their drivers (only had Nvidia cards in the past) and I never seriously decided to figure out how to do it through the driver (although I know you can.) But the ini-fix in your thread was just wanted I wanted/needed. It is great now to be able to have the same image-quality in DX11, because I also like to use injectors like SweetFx, which are Direct X only. And also some games work better in DX than OpenGL.
