No. 8GB is plenty. More RAM does not solve problems.
Yeah I know haha. I was just wondering if it needed more to store it there or something.
What's happening here then? :\
Check Windows update for anything.
Also, what driver version are you on?
Updated windows, did nothing.
Also this only happens on Wind Waker strangely, not Kirby Air Ride which I also have a few textures for.
And do you mean my graphics driver?
How does it run w/o textures?
Perfectly
No stutters at all, and I can get max settings.
Even when running the game in all the native settings and using the texture pack it still stutters, so it's related to textures in some way or form.
Perhaps hypatia's texture pack isn't updated for the new custom texture format? I had to google it to find it, perhaps that is why it crashes with the pr posted.
Hm... that could definitely be possible! What is this new texture format you speak of?

EDIT: Just checked it out. Does this mean I'll have to play through the entire game with the textures on for it to rename anything? It doesn't even load in the first place so how could that be possible?
Is there a program of some sort that renames all of them correctly, automatically?
