They are, but you can't expect ARM to generate a driver that supports desktop OpenGL.
Does it mean that we can't expect to run dolphin better on the GS6 than on the Shield Tab ?
I wasn't expecting performance to be higher than the K1 SoCs.

It's always going to be based on where the performance bottleneck is. If the problem is emulating the CPU, then faster CPUs will equate to faster emulation. If the bottleneck is at the graphics rendering (which can either be caused by a slow GPU or by the availability of graphics APIs ), then the GPU will be the deciding factor. Likely, with Dolphin, this varies from game to game and even scene to scene.

I mean...He /did/ link to a video of the SGS6 running Dolphin...
It would be great to see something more taxing, like Twilight Princess. Once you get near high 50s for FPS, it's hard to tell if the emulator is maxing out the performance or if the device is.
