Exactly what title says. Not needed and looks higher quality with real xfb off. though, it does need virtual xfb

According to a little research I did, they only required RealXFB for the videos to play. Is RealXFB still required for the videos?

You're just wrong; it's still needed. We just have an INI setting to enable it by default instead of forcing users. Soon ™ there will be a merge where they will no longer need RealXFB for real though.

Yes it still is required to get videos to play in Nacsar 2005, and 2003.
