Savestates are never a good idea, you should use ingame saves

I learned my lesson the hardway,, but is their a way out, how can i find out which was the older version of dolphin compatible with my saves, any tips ?
Can you upload a savestate here so that I can look at it? It should be possible to find roughly what version of Dolphin you were using, but it's a bit complicated.
Don't you have any ingame save files?

nope, compared to save state system, ingaming saving seemed ancient.. but i never knew this would happen

According to the first save state, you were using a version between 4.0-5531 and 4.0-5809. I'm not sure if all versions in that range will work, but it's possible. Just try a few of them and see if it works. Once you find a version that works, you can make an in-game save, and then you can update to the newest version and load the in-game save if you want to.
