You can play both Master Quest and the original Ocarina of time on an N64 emulator. I use Project64 with the very latest 1964 video plugin and use hi-res texture packs that make the game look awesome.

You want to run another program without rebooting the entire system, so the game tells the system to soft reboot from this dol file. Dolphin does not know how to do that.
