K im just gonna copy and paste the same thing i wrote on another thread so ya just let me know if there are other emulators for this sort of thing

K I dont have any problems like this with other games it only seems to be the zelda games seeing as how i tried the zelda collectors edition and the zelda master quest, when i start them the screen just goes black and the fps stays normal i used to get some error about memory but that's gone now. do i need to give you any system information because i really want to play it but it just doesn't seem to work.

I tried other emulators but they wont even start, then this one i dont even know how you start seeing as it has no .exe program anyways the point is it's probably a problem with dolphin seeing as how that memory error i got before mentioned how "dolphin cannot support something like this...blablabla" so anyone got any ideas? or any emulators that will work for this game? and no i dont want to use n64

Edit: actually now, the fps that i want overlayed in the top left freezes whilst the fps at the VERY bottom left goes to 0.0

Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks SmileSmile

it doesn't work because dolphin doesn't support loading games from inside games

OHHH ok i get it now, but umm is there any emulators that you know that might just for this one game but thanks for the answer atleast i know there's nothing else i can do about it instead of wasting hours fiddling with the settings XD

you can extract the 2 .dol files from within it and just execute those and it will work

how would i extract it, oh and all my games are .gcm not .dol because .dol doesn't get detected if it's supposed to be another file type for a game. I cant extract from within it because if i try with for example winrar it's not an archive

LOL he deleted his post and now it DOES look like your talking to yourself
K well i was able to mount the game as an iso and open it up but there are only like 3 elf files there everything else is useless in this case and those 3 elf files just crash dolphin there's not MAIN game file there like a .dol or .gcm
K to clear this up i made a mistake that mounted thing was actually a ps2 cd i had in my computer yes but when i mount zelda it doesn't appear as a cd rom drive or anything so i cannot extract anything from it

ok lets start from the beginning.

1. right click on the game in the list.
2. goto file system now in the list there should be either 2 .dol files or 2 .elf files. Right click on them and click extract file.
3.put those in your game directory and run those and it will boot it directly

Try doing the same with WiiScrubber (google it)
Also i extracted it all into a folder using Gc-tool and i couldn't run any of it because it was all not compatible

oh wait nvm to correct what i put, after i extracted using Gc-tool i extracted it all and it had ONE .dol file but that just made the screen black....again
