Dolphin always crash when adding AR code, do someone know what's the problem ?

AR codes don't always work

There's something weird going on beyond this. Adding AR codes isn't working at all.

The problem isn't the AR code not working, he cant add it at all.

I'm also having this problem and i know the codes work because i have used them before. Dolphin Version 4.0-5718
