Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hello,
Looking at getting this unit for my HTPC /Plex sever. I also wanted to run dolphin on it as well i was wondering what your thoughts on how well this will handle dolphin. I will be using 8gb of ram on a 500GB SSD. Its i a bit pricey almost think i would be better off building something but i kinda wanted small for entertainment center. Any input would be great

The i7-4770R should do very well in most games. You really should only have issues in a handful that demand more CPU power than that. You haven't listed any games, so if you have anything specific, we can tell you what if any problems you may encounter. The Iris Pro 5200 should be good for 2x-3x IR for just about every game, more or less. Again, if you have exact titles, we can give you a better assessment. Overall, however, it's a very good machine, as far as HTPC/Mini PCs go.
