Hello everyone, so here are my computer information

OS: Windows 8.1 x64

CPU: intel® core™ i7-3630qm cpu @ 2.40ghz

Ram: 8.00 Gb (7.86 usable)

Screen Resolution: 1920x1080, 60Hz

GPU: GeForce GT 650

with default settings except for graphics I chose Direct3d9

I got Lag on mario party, mario kart 8, even Super smash bros melee
Help please
If you're using the default graphical settings (1x IR, no AA) then your bottleneck should be the CPU. Your GPU should be able to handle 1x IR with no AA, but your CPU is holding you back.

Two suggestions
1) Don't use 4.0.2. It's really slooooow compared to the latest development revisions. Checkout the first builds you see here -> http://dolphin-emu.org/download
2) Checkout this guide -> https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-un...ance-guide

Clean out fans / heatsinks. Allow good air flow.

Run at lower settings to reduce cpu usage.
