Holding a Smash Tourney soon and was looking into gamecube controllers. There was a third party controller for bout 9 bucks on amazon. Want to see if you guys have an alternative.
Don't use the third party controllers. They're bad!
They feel very clunky.

Would you suggest me to buy old used ones on ebay?

I don't want loose controllers, i want my participants at their best performance and not blame it on a controller.

buy the new official smash brothers gamecube controller and the mayflash usb adapter , i have them both and they work perfect for dolphin and wii u, dont buy second hand controllers they are old now and will be loose

I'm not looking forward to spending $52 for controllers, but if that's what it takes.
Pretty sure anyone will complain unless it is an official one.
That is expensive you should be paying $35 - $40 max
Must say that's very good price, I paid $36 ea, dammm
