No clue whats wrong really, i still have the issue for some reason, would you mind attaching your settings here? maybe something totally unrelated to the audio screws it up somehow

Tested on 6144 today, still not working for me. idk why.
EDIT : I tested with Gecko OS (.elf), it works. For some reasons, Project M launcher don't like Dolphin.

That's the tutorial I followed to install PM. Same Gecko version and all, and no problems with custom music or any other thing with the lastest build either (6144).
As for the settings I use, I just follow the "if unsure, leave this (un)checked".

ohhhhh i finally found the issue, apparently the Hook Type was causingĀ this issue, was still using AxNetframe or whatever it was called since the old Project M guides recommended to use it to make the game launch properly, that was big help thanks (someone should add this information to the guides around these forums for the moment)

Why is anyone still using this method? We have ISO builders for this kind of stuff. It works better and quicker than going to all the trouble of getting a Gecko .elf and building a virtual SD card.

Yes you have to change the Hook Type. Personnaly I set it to VBI.
Kurausukun : It's way faster with a virtual SD card when you have to update PM (3.6 is coming), or when you want to add mods or custom music to PM. Imagine you have to rebuild the iso every time you want to change something 0.o And it takes much less space.
The only custom PM iso I have is the netplay community iso. I use it when I play online or when I don't have time/energy to set up a virtual SD card.
