Yes. It created the User directory in the Dolphin directory, thus resetting all settings. I left everything as is except the path (to make sure this behavior isn't caused by a setting).

No, it's perfectly stable in the Home Menu. Like I said, it's probably a bug in the game code that's somehow greatly amplified in Dolphin.
What I noticed is that as long as you keep moving the pointer, it doesn't jump around as much. But as soon as you don't move it, it starts jumping around.

This kinda makes the game unplayable since in many levels you need to be able to aim the pointer at a specific spot for some time before you can continue to the next.
