I don't have any proof that the hash is from a pirate dump, but it's incredibly suspicious that multiple people over the course of several years would have issues with this game with the same bad MD5 hash. At any rate, you don't have to apologize (unless you really have downloaded a game).
Like I said, the best course of action is to dump/rip the game from your disc. Easiest way to do that's to use a Wii (one that can read GC discs) with homebrew. CleanRip is usually the top choice for dumping/ripping. You can always ask a friend too if they have a Wii with homebrew if you're having trouble doing it correctly by yourself.

Hi,
I created an account just to answer to this topic. I hope Rex96 still reads this, but it could be useful for other viewers as well.
I doubt it’s a bad dump, since I had the very same problem with an original dump from my Wii version. I also tried several other ISOs findable online: PAL, NTSC, Game Cube and Wii. It doesn’t matter, the problem persists unchanged.
It’s not a Intel problem either.
The problem is Dolphin 4.0.
I bet you’ll see normal water if you run your ISO with
Dolphin 3.5. Remember not to use Widescreen hack: it makes another (
different) bug with water.
Please note that Dolphin 4.0 (
but not 3.5) could have a very specific issue with Intel iris graphics, as I have practically the same Mac mini.
I hope my experience has been useful.
It could very well be an Intel issue, since 4.0 changed the way Dolphin uses OpenGL. 3.5 was before GLSL changes were committed. OS X has been known to have some particularly nasty looking bugs on Intel IGPs since those changes were made.
Also, the only "ISOs" you should be testing are ones you dumped, not random ones online. Talking about downloading games is against the rules, so I'm closing this thread. If the OP really wants, they can start a new thread about their problems.
Closed.
