Maybe your ISO is broken. Try another dump. (Redump the game)
0 fps 5 vps usually means bad cheat.

Well, it could just be a bad iso as was already said. Try redumping it.

Right-click on the game, select Properties, go to the Info tab and press the Compute button next to MD5 Checksum.
