Back then cel damage didn't work but now it works. I can play it and it worked for hours without crashing. There is just one problem. When I play it trough Steam I have the same bug as back then. Textures are totally broken and I can't see a thing. 

The thing is I want to play it through Steam because then I can stream the gameplay to friends.

The Steam overlay doesn't play nice with Dolphin's OpenGL renderer, so you would have to use Direct3D. Unfortunately, you still won't be able to stream to your friends. Valve disabled it for non-steam games because too many people were adding media players to steam and streaming copyrighted movies/tv shows. If you try, the stream will have a default image instead of your game. Audio still works though.

You may be able to work around it by enabling streaming when you aren't running a steam game.

Damn that's crappy. I have seen a lot of people stream their porn back then when it was in beta. I guess that was one of the reasons too. if I still want to stream it I have to enable the option to record my desktop and I am not sure if I want to do that.
