Did you set it in the nvidia control panel, like so?

Did you select the preferred graphics processor as well?
Yes. I can't change the settings if I use integrated graphic right?
What happens if you set high performance globally?
This actually happens on every laptop, ever.
Even if set to high performance mode (both in GPU control panel and in Windows settings) it still clocks down performance, I guess to save power (even if you don't want this).
Not sure if it is an OS thing as I haven't noticed it on Linux (yet), but either way it can not be turned off in Windows itself as far as I know.

thats not true in my laptop there no performance lost without charge and i have a nvidia card too
dolphin dont go any slower
must be your windows 10 the windows 10 still very bug and slow
i tried windows 10 and he is slow
OK so I'll try Dolphin with windows 8.1 and see its performance.
Most (if not all) laptops will underclock CPU/GPU when running in battery and as far as I know there's nothing you can do about that other than plugging the charger...
