It's been asked many times before here and the answer has not changed. Dolphin does not emulate the Wii U and the developers have no current plans to do so. Next time, please search the forums before asking something like this.

Also, that Youtube is terribly fake. All someone did was record themselves opening up Dolphin, then they edited in some Wii U footage. People like that just want more views and subscribers.
