so i have windows vista 64-bit and i downloaded dolphin 64-bit and it said blah blah im using wrong version check if im 64 bit or 32. i know that im 64 but i tryed 32 bit too and it gave me the same error, can anyone help please

Which rev are you trying? Maybe if you try a different one it will like that better. And do you have Directx up to date as well as your gpu drivers?
well i got it to download as i did it on another computer and copypied it to mine but now i get
Cannot create opengl renderer. might be missing extension.
something like that.

Your video card is not listed there, that is pretty vital info in this case.
(and just a note to the wise, those HP's are known for overheating very easily, and your laptop will get very heated when dolphin-ing , so make sure you have a cooling pad or just keep it ventilated)
your graphics accelerator is awful and you will NOT be able to play dolphin until you get a graphics card at least in about the 7000 series of nvidia gpus
