I would accidentally toggle the frame limit. That was the issue i was having lol. Now i know not to do that anymore or it emulates too fast.

Should probably still set it to 60 anyway so it knows to run no higher than the correct speed, just in case. Auto is usually good, but I've had it randomly speed up on me before in short bursts.
