So u see my pc specs are
core 2 duo e4500 2.20ghz
2gb ram
Nvidia GT 610 2gb
so can my pc run wwe 13 without any lags even if the settings have to be lowest.is there any chance?

WWE games are seriously demanding in Dolphin. It's time to upgrade your rig.

No, WWE Are very demanding on dolphin
Sorry but you need
to upgrade your hole computer
For that reasons:
Old Processor
And A not so Powerful videocard
Your Gpu have high clock but this is nothing
the rest of the specs of the video card is very bad
Have 2008 video cards that is much more powerful and faster than this gt 610
