Yep same problem with this revision. People talk about shaders problem. But I don't encounter that on Romstation....I can't imagine to play each game twice to resolve those shaders problem....very bizarre...
I'm going to look into Romstation, because I have no idea how that works or what they're using underneath. It's quite possible they're running an old and buggy version of Dolphin that you haven't run into issues with yet.
And yeah, try the build Duke N. linked to.
It looks like Romstation has two options for Dolphin:
1) Dolphin - which uses build 4.0-1609
2)Dolphin x64 - uses build 4.0-4283
I'm surprised they actually use semi-descent builds. Try and check out those 2 builds from our downloads page.
As for why they don't seem slow, you made shaders in one game that transfered to another, or maybe they come with some shaders already, I'm not really sure.
One question if I may.
Is RomStation legal? Because the description on their site says "Emulation, ROMS, ISOs" and from what I can tell they have games downloadable.
If this is the case then this discussion is against the forum rules and should be ended immediately.
I'm only talking about the program frontend, not what goes on in the website. It asked me to locate my own copies of the games, and didn't give me an option to download in the program, so I think it's safe to talk about?

It's not a problem of computer with 4790k and gtx 980... I'm more and more lost...

Romstation doesn't propose to download roms... I've tried to take same revisions, same settings but problem appears. I thought it could be my HDD 7200 rpm but when I play from an external HDD, problem occurs too...
This seems odd. Maybe you have broken textures in the cache. Try clearing the cache and shader cache folders?
Maybe I could post a video with the problem and the console activated for you to see the kind of slowdown?
