I think my PC is fine, all games run at what is expected. I think my issues really had to do with some settings Dolphin didnt like with my hardware. Now after turning scaled EFB copy off, putting Anisotropic Filtering to 1x and Force Texture Fitltering to off, everything runs perfect with 2x AA, per pixel lighting and 3x internal resolution, OpenGL.
When i had AF and Force Texture Filtering still on, a lot of games had screwed up cutscenes and some didnt even start up.
Maybe on other PCs those settings work just fine without issues but im just glad everything works perfectly now for me Big Grin

Also the downsampling makes a better picture too. And since herberckle is running a GTX 970, he really shouldn't have an issue.

What happens at 4x IR and 8x AA?

But the performance guide recommends using 6xIR without AA for 1080p instead of 3xIR + AA for even better image quality and performance.
6xIR without AA is always faster (on AMD GPUs at least) than 3xIR with AA.
6xIR = 3xIR + 4xSSAA = 4K downsampled to 1080p

High IR gives terrible performance with games than need efb to ram, and they are more than a few to use it as a general setting. 3x IR is already higher res than full hd and down samples, it is more prudent to suggest that than using IR equal to 4K res (6x).

Set the test duration to "longest" in the PassMark PT options, run the Single Threaded CPU Test from the menu (not the complete CPU benchmark) and post your score here.

Score of 2001

Nice.

Now run the Unofficial Dolphin Benchmark:
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-the-unofficial-dolphin-benchmark
and post a screenshot there.
