Here are my laptop specs:
Intel Pentium N3530 @ 2.2ghz
Intel HD Graphics
4GB of Ram

I want to be able to play Super Smash Bros Melee (and Brawl/Project M) at full speed, but my computer can only play Melee at 30-45 FPS with 2 players. (I haven't tried Brawl or PM yet.) I have changed the settings to favor performance over battery life. I also tried to install Throttlestop 6.0 on my laptop but it said my CPU was not supported.

What can I do to get better performance?
Thanks.
Have you tried the GPU part in here: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-un...ance-guide
If yes, and you still can't get full speed, then your computer isnt strong enough
Thanks for the response. The GPU part didn't work out because all I have is integrated graphics on this laptop. I can get 55-60 FPS 1v1 on some stages after I fiddled with my laptop settings a little more and turned sound off.
What about the Intel HD part of the GPU section?
I already had done that prior to posting the thread. Thanks for the help though. Hopefully as dolphin gets faster I'll be able to play full speed.
You could always build a desktop with a G3258 for pretty cheap.
