Recently I downloaded I Melee iso so I could play on netplay, and downloaded the 4.0-652 build of Dolphin. However, whenever I start emulation, I get the following error:

I've tried a lot of things, like getting a new iso, redownloading Dolphin, getting a new save file, etc, but it still freezes like this. Any ideas?
EDIT: I've spoilered the images because they're kind of big.
