I was wondering if it is realistic to have the apk of dolphin ever reach a point at which the K1 can run wii games with some minor lag? I've been trying to play brawl on my tablet and it keeps freezing and crashes right before a match starts. Is it probable that at least that issue will be taken care of and that overall things will get better or will things look the same forever for the K1?
Will I just have to wait for the X1 to make a change and lose all hope for my current nvidia shield tablet?
brawl will take time since wii games need more cpu power than gamecube games. melee you can play now there is a cpu hack that makes all stages playable, almost.

So for brawl....you're saying there's a chance in the future? (For nvidia shield tablet)
You cannot say that all Wii games need more power, as it depends on each game as to what is more demanding than others, and there are GC that are way more demanding than some Wii games.
Full Wii functionality has not been ported to the Android system yet. SonicAdvance1 is basically doing all the work by himself, and he hasn't gotten it in yet or even ironed out all the bugs. Right now he's working on getting Android 64 bit (AArch64) up to par with Android 32 bit.
I see, didn't realize how much work he is doing on it.

I tried to use your build and everything was actually much smoother in terms of FPS! Still, I keep getting that crash right before a fight in smash bros brawl...Is it working for u? And if so , what settings should I have to make this game work with your build?

Thats alright, but could you still tell me about what your settings are for dolphin, I have melee too and with your build it still crashes at the end of a fight for me.
