I was using a rosewill v6 case and the stock cooler. Great small case, it's like a 10" cube. I switched back to a rosewill u3-b window so I could install the H80i. That case dimensions are 14x10x8.
I use a "cheap" cx430 for my power supply (I was actually able to run an overclocked 4670k and 2 gtx 660 in SLI with that power supply)
The PC Mate motherboard included in the combo deal is a full size atx board, neither of my cases are large enough to house such a form factor. I suggest looking into a HTPC case
