Not bad for a Toshiba Satellite Wink

Didn't reboot and let idle prior though, so that may have lengthened the process. Almost positive I didn't get full turbo either. I need to replace the thermal compound.
Figured out why I wasn't hitting full turbo. When I optimized my laptop a few months back I forgot to turn ThrottleStop ON -_-

Feel free to make fun of me, I totally deserve it.

New time is 7:32 @ 3.4 GHz

11 mins ? wut i was expecting more for an i3 4160.

Need to run it again with less background programs.

Benchmarking Tips:
--------------------------
1. Before benchmarking, it's recommended to reboot your PC and leave it idling at the Desktop for 20 ~ 40min.
2. Close all apps, web browsers and temporarily disable antimalware suites
3. Results can vary, so you need to do multiple benchmark runs
4. Run the (old) Official Dolphin Benchmark and then compare the results with this one.

Intel Xeon E3-1231v3 (Stock 3.4 GHz, Win 7 x64): 5m 33s
Intel i7-3770 (Stock 3.4 GHz, Win 7 x64):  7m 2s  Huh
Intel Pentium G3258 (Stock 3.2 GHz, Win 8.1 x64) Heart : will follow...

I find the Xeon/i7 difference interesting... same clock, same OS, maybe not same active programs, but such a big difference.
Yea the Xeon and i7 should yield similar results I would think because the single core Passmark score isn't THAT much higher. That Xeon, spec and benchmark wise, is practically a workstation version of that i7...weird. Though it is 2 years newer.

Could be the difference in active background processes. Someone else could probably provide a little more insight.

You should OC that Pentium so we can finally get a Dolphin benchmark of what that thing is truly capable of :3

Also, the OP should have added in the C section "and some of the more demanding games at lower resolutions" because that 2 and a half minute gap is a big difference in performance. I can play a few of the more demanding games and I'm about right smack in the middle of that range(SMG and Metroid Prime Trilogy are the only ones I've tested).
It's a Haswell versus a not-Haswell. Haswells have a huge speed advantage in Dolphin.
