Hello, First post so please be gentle.

I just rebuilt my PC and was wondering if it would be good enough to run Dolphin with a few specific games.

Games: Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes, Luigi's Mansion, Animal Crossing, Paper Mario

Here are my specs...

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Eight Core 4.0GHz Black Edition
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 Dual-X 270X 2GB GDDR5
RAM: 16GB Vengeance DDR3 RAM
PSU: 600W Power Supply
OS: Windows 8 64-Bit

So my question mainly revolves around MGS Twin Snakes, I've looked around the internet but cannot find a good answer, are my specs good enough to run it at least 30FPS, and if so what settings would you recommend? I'm currently running Dolphin version 4.0.2
Although your single threaded performance of your cpu is pretty weak (Dolphin can only use two cores) you shouldn't have any issues as long as you use the newest dev version: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Okay thanks, I'll give it a try and update the thread ASAP.

It seems to run a bit better, but I'm getting a constant static noise while playing. Is there a setting I need to disable to get rid of the noise? Thanks for the quick reply.
