I have tried putting lshift or add as my speed modifier for wasd on movement so link will walk but it reverses the input on the wasd. Also seems doing it makes circle, dead zone, angle blank. Do I need to delete the setting files and re do my keys? This is just odd.
Grab the latest dev builds, it has controller fixes and is ways faster/less bugs/better in every way
I had trouble with the nightly builds not working right but I can give it a try, I assume I need to delete my setting files? I wonder if it would be difficult for them to make it so it will import info and discard stuff that is no longer used.

Yup the nightly builds(4.0-4861) do not have the field hack and some other options the stable version(4.0.2) has 0-o
It will auto-import old settings.
The hyrule field hack was removed and replaced with a better patch. Right-click on TP, go to properties, and under patches enable the new patch.
Any other parts that were removed were done so because they were no longer needed/did nothing beneficial anymore. If you list them I can tell you why

Okay using the nightly build(4861) for Zelda TWP WII I get fifo errors in hyrule filed, the hyrule field speed hack/patch crashes with write errors so without it its down to 10FPS, the mini map has sprite/texture glitches around it on EFB copies ram/disabled, totally corrupted on texture.
In the stable 4.0.2 version they have the speed patch on the property main page and its enabled by default, everything else works fine albeit for the speed modifier for movement keys and FPS never drops below 25FPS.. so I am utterly confused.
Sounds like a bunch of fun :/
Hmmmm....can you post screenshots of your Config and Graphics tabs?
As far as I remember, there's two ISO versions of Twilight Princess for Wii. The patch provided only works with GC version of Twilight Princess and with the first revision of Twilight Princess for Wii. Since you're getting FIFO errors, your ISO may be the version which is incompatible with the patch...

DOH! Is that info on the wiki page IE do not use this version of the game, ect? Sometimes you have to implicitly state do not use rather than imply..then again fools do not read >> *sits in the corner with the dunce hat* LOL
It's not confirmed, that's why this info isn't on the wiki yet, as I said earlier "this may be the case of the FIFO errors". And newer versions are the most accurate, that's why the old hack doesn't work anymore and had been dropped...

But the old hack works and the new hack dose not, least for this version uhg I'll do some more testing later on today.
I thought the nightly builds were the most upto date but this threw me for a loop so its probably the game version. ><
