I'm using OpenGL and everything works fine, but when I boot up the game it says 0 fps and it doesn't move past the Nintendo screen. I'm using the latest version of the emulator from the Google Play store. I'm running Android 5.0.1 Also I don't know if this is normal, but when I first used the emulator, all the controls were in the upper left hand corner of the screen and I had to move them in the settings.
The version available on Play Store is outdated. You need to get latest dev builds for Android from Dolphin´s buildbot:
https://buildbot.dolphin-emu.org/
EDIT: You could also get them from here: dl.dolphin-emu.org

Also I'd really like it if you could tell me how to download and install it.
Try with the second link I posted instead. You´ll know which build is available for Android by looking for the .apk ending (after entering the builds section on dl.dolphin-emu.org).
OK, I know how to download the apk from the second website you gave me, but could you tell me which is the latest version?
The particular game you tried (Hitman 2) has some undiagnosed CPU recompiler bug in it that causes it it crash without actually causing the application to crash.
