Not likely. And if it could work, it doesn't seem like something that would function without a little hacking.

This app only works in Xbox One and PlayStation 4 ports of the game. You can still use a phone as controller in Dolphin through ControidPad and UDP Wiimote, but you'll need old builds (UDP Wiimote was dropped in current builds) and some patience, depending of your phone, it'll be very hard to get points in Just Dance games...

No. Just buy a real Wiimote and something like the DolphinBar.
