Run a program like CPU-Z while you run Dolphin, and once Dolphin starts getting slower check and see what it says your CPU temperature is/what clock speed you're running at.

FYI I've started working on this again. I'd appreciate more testing following the instructions from JMC in the first post of this thread.

Tested Mario Kart Double Dash.
XAudio2 and OpenAL
Used 4.0-7246
XAudio2 has some static sounding effect when selecting in the menus. Sound sounds fine during gameplay.
OpenAL has static effect during "nintendo" startup

It's a new version of the DSP HLE that is used for these games: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Category:Zelda_ucode_games
It fixes problems related to audio.

I'm sure you already have access to this information for Zelda.cpp, but I thought I'd throw it out there:
The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition can be added to the 0x2FCDF1EC section (with Zelda: Four Swords)
I believe the Pikmin Pal GC CRC is 0x267FD05A, although I haven't gone through and checked which flags it needs (it used to be grouped with Super Mario Sunshine).
Like I said, I'm sure you already know this and just haven't added it yet, but I thought I'd mention it in case the Pal Pikmin gets forgotten.
