Just gave Twilight Princess (GC) a quick go. It really seems like issue 5486 is fixed, everything is perfect. The volume of the music compared to the sounds is perfect, reverb in the save menu and Hyrule Field night theme are all there, and the battle music now actually sounds perfect. Awesome.

I'll do some more in-depth testing with this and other Zelda ucode games soon. Thanks for the hard work. I'm praying that this makes it into master before 5.0 gets branched.
Holy crap—the NTSC IPL isn't a piercing screech anymore!
Four Swords Adventures added to compatibility list.
Im pretty excited for this rewrite. One question though would mario kart double dash also be fixed with this?
when it's implemented, yes.

Err, compatibility was just added as I was responding. Happy testing!

List updated with Mario Kart, Zelda Collector's Edition, Pikmin 1/2 and Luigi's Mansion.
So i just tested Mario Kart Double Dash. They audio is greatly improved only a slight static in menus using xAudio2. On OpenAL it does this weird thing on boot on the red nintendo logo. Its a little late and does "nintendo super fast and about a couple secs late" So i tried booting it like eight more times. The red nintendo part on OpenAL is a bit bettter. OpenAL also has static in menu when selecting.
the OpenAL stuff is separate. Slight static in the menus may not be. Does it happen on LLE audio?

It does not happen on LLE. Also the nintendo red logo issue that i mentioned earlier is not a problem on LLE.

Here is a video I made to show the slight static that i mentioned.
With the last sound issues fixed, is there even anything left wrong in SMG/Zelda?
Added it to the issue list.
