Fixed by editing my profile. not sure if there's something about this in the forum configuration which could be fixed.
In the thread review when posting a reply, it might be helpful to put a horizontal line between posts. They used to be in individual boxes, and now it's less clear - in fact, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be too hard to make a post look like it had been written by someone else.
If I'm right, it'll look like Shonumi posted something right before me if you look at the thread review:

Hey delroth, while this isn't specifically forum related, could you fix the favicon issues with the rest of the site while you're working on this stuff? Some pages are still using the old image. For example the image pages used for the blog (ex.
https://dolphin-emu.org/m/user/blog/progress-report/august-2014/dirt2broken.jpg) you will notice still have the outdated favicon. There may be some other pages that do this as well.

Fixed in the forum lists, but it's still not present in the View New Posts or View Today's Posts views.
