First you need to start the game as it is, choose a game and select difficulty settings (I guess the game saves after this)

The problem you have with freezing can be worked around by replacing "main.dol" file in DATA-partition of ISO image to either rs5mp1_p, rs5mp2_p or rs5mp3_p.dol depending on which game you want to play. I think all games except Metroid Prime 3: Corruption can be booted using this method.
im sorry i don't fallow you. can you plz be a bit more specific

Actually it does work, as I said you need to switch the main.dol with one of the others mentioned in the post I linked to using WiiScrubber.

or just guyz try to get Metroid 1 and 2 on separated version of trilogy i think there are some special realase of MP1 and MP2 with the wii stuff look on ebay or amazon for em

and the GC versions work fine Wink
the wii version is the only way to go. the controls are much better, making the game enjoyable. unlike the gc version with crappy controls that makes the game unplayable for me. as soon as i figure out i cant strafe and aim in a particular game, i drop it.

use wiiscrubber and replace the main.dol... play the games in order and you wont have an issue. i get good fps, and the sound is perfect most of the time.
Hey dudes, this Trilogy games are easy to play with Xbox 360 Controller like on GC version? Thx.
