No, per pixel lighting is not enabled. And I'm using the latest build.
Are there any settings MPT:MP3 needs that differ from MPT:MP1/2? When I try running it, Dolphin crashes instantly and without an error message (I get a Windows crash dialog).
I should note that the solo disc MP3 does load and go into game with the same settings for which Dolphin crashes on trying to load MPT:MP3.
Did you dump both layers of the DVD? MPT is a DVD9 game.

I don't know. Yes? If I go into Properties>Filesystem, there's an MP3 folder on Partition 0 with a bunch of files in it. Without checking in the subfolders, it has all the files and folders as MP3 has on its Partition 1 except "FrontEnd.pak" and "precache.RMC", and it has "RS5.PAK", which is not on MP3.
The easiest way to tell is to check that the iso is greater than 4.3GB.
Yeah, that's the correct size.

Alright then, so why does it crash?

A correct size doesn't mean your dump is good. Try to redump
