Are you running Lollipop? They only work with Lollipop as far as I've tested. Also, I got them to work only on my custom ROM, not on official Lollipop, and they broke video playback on the custom ROM. Also, you need a custom recovery and you need to set up a flashable .zip that will install the drivers to the right places for your phone. I'd say it's not worth it, all this just for a chance of working, and a chance of display not working.
Yes I'm on Lollipop (S5). CM12. I think I know how to fix video playback.

I could upload it, but you'll still have to open the zip and change the folders around a bit so the drivers copy to the correct places on your phone. Also, make a backup in case it doesn't work like on my stock ROM. It really seems to be hit-and-miss. Anyways, here's the one I made for my phone:

Are you experience crashes/hangs after upgrade qualcomm drivers in dolphin emulators?

Nope, it's still non playable. All graphics intense apps I tried work sort of fine. Dolphin HEAD rev fails anyway and the modded one starts games, looks good, but hangs badly soon after.
