when i start a new game in jimmy neutron jet fusion, all's ok, no bags.
but after the movie the fps is 4-5.

my computer:
windows vista home premium 32-bit
CPU: intel core 2 duo 2.40 GHz
RAM: 3070 mb
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce 8700 GT

go into the dsp settings and disable other audio, then play with the frame limiter until you find what the framelimit for your game/region is, then play with the frame skipper (emulation --> frame skipper)

still slow... only 5 fps...

the game is probably not supported well, thats not exactly a priority game so they havent focused on the problems with it yet
